$150 + GST per person for 1 session $280 + GST per person for 2 sessions

NOTE: If you register for both sessions, lunch is included with your fee. If you are only attending 1 session, lunch tickets are available for $30 each.

You must fax in your registration BEFORE 5pm, June 23, 2008. After June 23, you must register and pay on-site.
